What’s included in each contract template purchase?

Each contract template purchase comes with a completely editable contract template, a User Guide + Checklist PDF to help guide you through customizing your contract, and a short video tutorial showing you exactly how to customize your contract any way you’d like. Shop our contract templates here!

Is this a group coaching program?

No, this isn’t a group coaching program, but if you’re looking to join a community of like minded educators & entrepreneurs, you can find us in our FREE Facebook Community The Confident Coach Society!

When I purchase a contract template, am I buying a course?

No, you are not purchasing a course to teach you how to create your own contract. You will receive a done-for-you, ready to plug + play contract template that can be customized to your business in a matter of minutes. We do have a number of mini-courses available, however, that teach you important skills in business.

What’s the return/refund policy?

We’re happy to offer our customers our 24-hour exchange policy – if you purchase a contract and realize the contract you purchased was not the correct one you needed, you can email us and we’ll get it sorted out:

Is Coaches & Company a law firm? Are you my lawyer?

No, Coaches & Co. is not a law firm and while our founder Yasmine Salem Hamdan is *a* lawyer, she’s not *your* lawyer.

What happens when Coaches & Company updates the contracts I already bought?

Periodically, we audit our products & resources and make updates/changes as needed. When this happens, you’ll receive an email with a link to download the new version for free! (for 12 months following your purchase)

I’m not based in the U.S.; will these resources work for me?

These contracts & resources were created by a lawyer licensed in the state of Texas, with U.S.-based businesses in mind. As with any contract, it’s best to have a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction take a look at your agreement to make sure that the applicable laws/rules apply.

How soon after purchase do I get access to my contracts/mini-courses?

Immediately! Check your email inbox (give it 15 mins max, just in case) & you’ll be ready to legally level up in a snap.

Can I share my purchase with my biz bestie?

No, you cannot. When you purchase a contract or resource from Coaches & Co., you (and only you) are granted a license to the use of it in your business(es). You can’t share this license with anybody else, or the products you purchase. If your biz bestie needs a contract, send her our way! You can also sign up for our Preferred Partner Affiliate Program, which provides you with a referral link to share with your peeps & pays you 25% commissions on all sales made via your link!

How do I get clients to sign the contracts?

You can customize the contract in Microsoft Word or Google Docs, then upload the file/text into a signature software such as EverSign or HelloSign, or into your favorite CRM system, like Dubsado (Use our link to get 20% off when you sign up!), 17hats, or Honeybook.
